Alma W171 is a family of wall, ceiling and suspension lamps, designed by Tham & Videgård and produced by the Wästberg brand. Based on the graceful curve of a rotated sine wave, w171 Alma is understated yet charming with its sculptural appearance and soft contrasts between light and shadow. Behind the seemingly simple curves lies true craftsmanship, using artfully formed aluminum to capture smooth waves. The matte satin finish makes w171 Alma intriguing even during the day, with its concentric circles of shadow and light. With its slim proportions, w171 Alma takes up little visual space, making it an ideal lighting solution for areas with low ceilings.
