Twiggy Grid Reading by Foscarini, designed by Marc Sadler, combines formal lightness and durability, making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. The diffuser, crafted from woven composite material strips, is manually molded and hand-painted. The edges feature additional strips, completing the intricate design. At the center, a laser-engraved transparent PMMA plate captures and diffuses the light emitted by multi-chip LEDs, housed on an aluminum structure that acts as a heat sink. A further opal PMMA disc ensures soft, shielded illumination. The slim stem and circular base, made of polyester powder-coated metal, provide excellent resistance to UV rays and weather conditions. Twiggy Grid delivers downward-directed light and is the perfect blend of style, innovation, and functionality.
