From the need to illuminate the faces reflected in the mirror of a piece of furniture designed for the famous French glassmaker Boussois, Charlotte Perriand created the wall version of Lampe de Bureau in 1965. Inside the diffuser, white preserves the natural color of the light, while on the outside the translucent printed glass finishes appear pure and brilliant.
