Magneto is a table lamp designed by Giulio Iacchetti for the Foscarini brand, with an essential and decisive character, equipped with an invisible power: the magnetic field of a magnet. The fulcrum of the project is in fact a spherical magnet that combines two simple elements, a support rod with a circular base and a compact LED lighting body, similar to a flashlight or a microphone, with extreme versatility of angle and movement along the rod. Magneto combines the flexibility of use of a lamp suitable for infinite situations, with absolute formal and functional rigor. Bright, focused, pinpoint light can be directed downward onto a narrow area, such as a book, magazine, or computer keyboard, or upward to create an atmospheric atmosphere

Intense, focused, pinpoint light can be directed downward onto a narrow area, such as a book, magazine or computer keyboard, or upward to create an atmospheric atmosphere. In this way it is possible to satisfy multiple usage needs: from reading to diffused lighting. Magneto is proposed in two sizes, table or floor, and in two colours, black and white, to characterize different spaces and moments: from the office to the lounge space, from the living room to the bedroom.
