A true sculpture of crazy light, the Rio lamp dresses your interior with its playful and whimsical presence. Made of white resin, this dog displays an eerie realism. The “friendly little dog” holds the golden stem of an antique chandelier in his mouth, cables cut, as if he had just ripped it off to bring it back to you! By creating this collection, designer Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba explores themes such as man’s relationship with nature, art and design, philosophy and play … a dreamlike, poetic and fantastic universe. This dog invests our interiors as a reminder of the unshakable bond that exists between man and nature.
