Parentesi Dimmer by Flos, designed by Achille Castiglioni and Pio Manzù, is a direct light lamp that combines iconic design with flexible functionality. The lighting body moves vertically thanks to a shaped steel tube, liquid painted or nickel-plated, which slides along a steel cable stretched between the ceiling and the floor. The lamp is equipped with an electronic dimmer on the cable, which allows the step adjustment of the light intensity, adapting perfectly to different lighting needs. Flexible vertical movement: the lighting body can be easily adjusted in height thanks to the tube that slides on the steel cable.

The lamp is perfect but some things should be included in the package:
1. The hook for supporting the lamp on a normal ceiling (the ceiling that is shown on the picture) is not included. Only the suspended ceiling hook is included, which is too long for a normal ceiling.
2. The bulb (which has a special shape) should be included, in my opinion.
